We salute your inspirational work helping entrepreneurs build successful and profitable businesses. What does doing this entail?
Netasha: Well, as a seasoned entrepreneur I know firsthand what it takes to build and create a successful business. Key word is “successful”. In my over twenty-plus years in the game, I have had several businesses that were bad ideas, not profitable, or just simply messy. I offer entrepreneurs help so they can avoid as many failures as possible. My 40k coaching program is designed to provide comprehensive guidance and support to entrepreneurs who are looking to build successful and profitable businesses. Our program is tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual entrepreneur, and we work closely with them to help them achieve their desired outcomes. The first step in our coaching program is to assess the current state of the entrepreneur’s business. We analyze their strengths and weaknesses, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop a customized plan to achieve their business goals. Next, we work with the entrepreneur to identify the key drivers of success for their business. This includes developing a deep understanding of their target market, their competition, and the unique value proposition that sets their business apart.
Once we have identified the key drivers of success, we work with the entrepreneur to develop a comprehensive strategy for achieving their goals. This includes developing a marketing plan, sales strategy, operational plan, and financial plan.
Throughout the coaching program, we provide ongoing guidance and support to the entrepreneur, helping them navigate the challenges and opportunities that arise as they build their business. We provide regular feedback, monitor progress, and adjust the strategy as needed to ensure that the entrepreneur stays on track to achieve their goals.
Our coaching program is focused on helping entrepreneurs build successful and profitable businesses that provide long-term value to their customers, employees, and shareholders. We believe that by working closely with entrepreneurs to develop a customized strategy for success, we can help them achieve their business goals and create a lasting legacy in their industry.
What inspired you to become a business owner, and how has the journey been for you so far?
Netasha: For the love of MONEY! LOL, I started having kids at a very young age. By the time I was 15, I had two kids and by age 21 I had 5. Not only did I need money to support my family, but I wanted more money to provide a life for my kids I never had.
I found myself building other people’s dreams and creating wealth for their families but not mine. As my responsibilities grew, I desired freedom and the ability to create wealth while having more time to spend with loved ones.
That’s when I started to consider the idea of becoming an entrepreneur. I saw it as an opportunity to take control of my life and started getting to the money.
I wanted to build something that would not only provide financial security for my family, but also allow me the flexibility to be there for them when they needed me most. I knew that starting a business would not be easy, but I was willing to take the risk and put in the hard work.
It was not always easy, and there were certainly challenges along the way. But the freedom and money that entrepreneurship provided made it all worth it. I was able to build a successful business while also being present for my family and creating a better life for all of us.
In the end, being inspired to become an entrepreneur was one of the best decisions I ever made. It allowed me to live life on my own terms, create wealth and financial security, and most importantly, create generational wealth for my family.
Please tell our readers about all the services you provide.
Netasha: Currently, I offer three different courses.
· For new entrepreneurs I offer a 10-week Business Course called Getting to the Profits. This course is designed to help new entrepreneurs set up their business properly.
· I also offer a 40k program for seasoned entrepreneurs that are tired of breaking even in business and are ready to make 40k per month.
· I offer 1-on1 business and mindset coaching. This is a private experience for entrepreneurs that need more focused and individual attention.
What are some future aspirations you have to empower others?
Netasha: I aspire to create more opportunities for young and single moms to prosper as entrepreneurs. I created my MMM mentorship program. This program is designed to provide ongoing guidance for entrepreneurs while actively building their business.
I am also creating a fund or business grant for young and single mother entrepreneurs. Additionally, I want to create a program for teenage mothers to help them become entrepreneurs. I want moms everywhere to know how to use their gifts to create business and wealth.
What else would you like our readers to know about you and the work that you do? Any exclusive news you can share with us first?
Netasha: I am the proof and example that no matter the circumstances or background you can make it. I’m just a regular person that didn’t take “NO” for an answer. I had a lot of belief, and I never gave up.
Be on the lookout for my 2023 Fall Scholarship program.
What advice would you have for anyone who is considering becoming an entrepreneur?
Netasha: Proper business structure — make sure all your legal paperwork is in order.
Get started! This is the most important thing, just get started. It isn’t going to be perfect, but you need to start. Most of the time we fail because we don’t start.
Ask yourself… What is the problem you solve? How do you help people? Why are you needed? Who do you serve?
Lastly…Your journey is yours. Get a coach or mentor- to help minimize stress and unnecessary failures and work. Don’t be afraid to take risks and learn from failure. Entrepreneurship is all about taking risks and learning from your mistakes. Don’t be afraid to try new things and be willing to learn from your failures as well as your successes. With hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn and grow, you can achieve remarkable success as an entrepreneur.
