Celebrating Inspirational Women: Interview With 3T Envisage Consultancy Founder, TeQuita A. White-Muhammed

TeQuita has over 18 years of Coaching, Business Analyst, and Business Architect experience. She excels in supporting corporate organizations, government municipalities, highly professional stakeholders, and transitioning individuals committed to maximizing their potential and optimizing an abundantly joyful lifestyle. Tequita’s experience as a master facilitator and work-shopper pro, enables her to help her clients reach rapid transformation.

She is a three-time author, with a passion for youth and professional mentoring, personal and business transformational modalities, wellness, travel and wealth building! She has the faith to believe everything is possible and as such, is a lifelong learner and doer of the flow-works. She is currently an Executive MBA candidate, Winter 2023, at UEI. She is committed to the success of each of her clients and continues to improve her craft, in support of this high level of commitment.

In the spring of 2017, Tequita saw a need, to fill a gap, for small businesses and aspiring professionals, looking to shift their skill sets, and talents; but who lacked the resources, framework and infrastructure to transition. This need provided the opportunity to share her professional, business and spiritual developmental tips and best practices with aspiring clients. As a result, she founded 3T Envisage Consultancy, a boutique personal and professional managed services firm. She has earned several awards and accolades for the service 3T Envisage provides to its Small Business and Corporate clients. Including being an “Influencer Within Our Global Community” recognition, by the International Association of Women in 2021.

What do you enjoy most about the work that you do?

Tequita: I enjoy helping my clients find their happy path and seeing their goals, dream, and desires fully actualize. The freedom and flow that they experience give me great Joy!

What have been some of the most memorable moments in your career so far?

Tequita: My most memorable moments have been when a client comes back, sometimes years later, to share the empowering impact that working with me had on their life. It is even more memorable when they refer others because the experience was so impactful and powerful. One client recently shared that they started a successful export business to Africa based on coaching with me. This always fills my spirit with overwhelming excitement and joy!

What are some of your future aspirations to empower others throughout your career?

Tequita: My future aspirations include putting on quarterly “Joy in Motion Retreats”. These are my signature international, island retreats, where we deep dive into the personal and business developmental work, via Dance Joy-Flowology, trauma release modalities and Process to Profit plays. Ultimately helping my clients to gain clarity, and create their actionable steps to execute; as they leave the retreats equipped to flow in freedom, exactly how they declare and desire.

What inspired you to join Book Profits Club and how has the experience been for you so far?

Tequita: I have followed Taurea “Vision” Avant for many years and her dedication and consistency inspired me to join Book Profits Club. So far the experience has been rewarding. She has a seamless onboarding and continued servicing process, which has been delightful.

What are you currently working on?

Tequita: I am currently working on my Executive MBA and additional coaching certifications. My desire is to bring my clients the latest and greatest tool, tips, and technologies. It is important to constantly be growing, even in my own work. Additionally, we are launching She’s VIP Network’s 7-Figure Sister Society. This is my passion project, I have such a longing to see women, and the brothers who love us, win! She’s VIP Network is my women’s empowerment group. We launched it in 2017 via our Six-figure Sister Circle. We have seen many of the sisters become six-figure earners, flowing in their bliss. Now we are rising to the seven-figure space and are eager to support each of the women, as they actualize their next level, in the Joy Rise.

What else would you like our readers to know about you and the work that you do?

Tequita: My background is very analytical and technical. I have specialized in Business Architect and Business Analysis delivery. The core competencies include process engineering, strategic planning, system analysis, system design testing, and implementation analysis. With extensive experience and expertise in Program Management, and Product Management, conducting feasibility studies and facilitating change management and training. As, a transformational coach and Joy-Flowologist, I now get to couple these skill sets with the intuitive, creative, and spirit lead side of me, to bring forward rapid and stable transitions for my clients. And I teach my client’s similar techniques. Through visioning and by merging these aspects with their natural giftings, they bring forth ease, joy, and flow to their lives. I am just a catalyst to hold the space, to their very own unique unfolding.

What does the rest of the year look like for you?

Tequita: The rest of the year looks like growing the She’s VIP Network group and collaborating with and supporting more amazing individuals to rediscover and fully actualize their authentic joy. I am designing a quarterly Joy Delight Subscription Box, which will include curated products from the women in the group. I eagerly want to see all those I am connected to thrive and soar in explicit freedom and abundant joy!
