Loryn Maul is the founder of Let’s Link It Up, a blog focused on connecting with influencers, upcoming celebrities and entrepreneurs to help share their stories. Alongside interviewing and writing about her Let’s Link It Up connections, Loryn is a Public Relations Assistant at BLASTmedia, a national B2B SaaS Public Relations Agency, where she helps advise and execute projects on behalf of several clients in the B2B tech/SaaS space. Loryn is certified in both Public Relations and Digital marketing. Loryn enjoys spending time with her family and expanding her network while connecting with others in her free time.

What inspired you to enter the field of public relations and media?

Loryn Maul: I was inspired to enter the field of public relations and media because I wanted to help people share their stories with the right audiences.

How do you feel you make a difference in the world?

Loryn Maul: I believe I’m able to make a difference in the world by being able to help individuals figure out how to share their stories with only five questions.

What do you enjoy most about the work that you do?

Loryn Maul: I love that I’m always learning something new about the individuals that I interview.

How did the Let’s Link It Up blog come about?

Loryn Maul: I got inspired to create Let’s Link It Up last year during the pandemic to provide my LinkedIn connections an opportunity to share their stories. Then I chose to expand it to provide influencers, entrepreneurs, upcoming celebrities, and celebrities an outlet to share their stories with the right audiences.

What other projects are you currently working on?

Loryn Maul: Aside from Let’s Link It Up, I’m currently helping B2B tech/SaaS companies share their story.

What are some of your goals for the rest of 2021?

Loryn Maul: Some of my goals for the rest of 2021 are to secure an interview with an A-list celebrity and to continue to leverage Let’s Link It Up into a monetize site.

What advice would you have for anyone who aspires to follow your career path?

Loryn Maul: My advice for anyone who aspires to follow my career path is to start, even if it isn’t in the industry you aspire to be in.
