Tammy Reese: Describe your journey as a Prison Inmate to owning a Multi-million dollar business in 3 words?

Demond Coleman:  Being incarcerated is a challenging experience alone. But it also gave me a lot of time to strategize, think and prepare for my future. The three elements that I believe contributed to my success are Passion, Preparation, and Persistence.

Tammy Reese: What does success mean to you?

Demond Coleman: Success simply looks like SERVICE to me. I believe that a truly successful person is always GIVING BACK TO OTHERS. I truly believe that success is hidden in servitude. Success to me means being happy with what you do while helping others in the process.

Tammy Reese: When you think of the word Empowerment, what comes to mind?

Demond Coleman: Empowerment is all about giving others the opportunity to live their truth. When you equip others with this gift, it changes the world. Not only for them but for everyone who is attached to them. To give encouragement, to educate and inspire others and yourself with tools to help us go to the next level.

Tammy Reese: Please tell me about the Essentiables?

Demond Coleman: Essentiables is a safer, non-toxic, and super-absorbent sanitary napkin for women and young girls who are looking for a safer, non-toxic alternative while having the confidence of being dry during that special time of the month.

Tammy Reese: What do you enjoy most about the work that you do?

Demond Coleman: I enjoy being in a position to educate men, women, and children on the harmful side effects of traditional sanitary napkins and tampons while being able to offer a safer, all-natural, and comfortable alternative.

Tammy Reese: What else have you been up to these days?

Demond Coleman: I recently partnered with a technology company called BE, based out of Dubai. We develop assets to help people earn while they learn in the forex market.

Tammy Reese: How has 2021 been for you so far?

Demond Coleman: 2021 has been Amazing! I live for the possibilities and with my two businesses taking off, I am blessed!

Tammy Reese: What was the most valuable lesson you have learned as a business owner?

Demond Coleman: To never give up on your dreams no matter what and to keep working on myself daily through reading books and listening to audios on self personal development.

Tammy Reese: What was the best piece of advice you were given?

Demond Coleman: The advice I gave to myself… “Keep Going, Keep Growing and Keep Sowing.”

Tammy Reese: Any cool projects in the works?

Demond Coleman: Yes, I am launching Essentiables Premium Sanitary Napkins this May!

Tammy Reese: What words of encouragement would you leave our readers during these unprecedented times?

Demond Coleman: To know that everything that is happening to you is actually happening for you. It is all about perspective. Sometimes we need a little or a lot of adversity to get the best from us.
